What You Will Do
1. Keep the Factory Running Smoothly
- Fix machine breakdowns quickly (motors, belts, bearings, sensors)
- Do regular maintenance on filling machines, sealers, and packaging lines
- Solve electrical and mechanical problems
2. Supervise Workers & Daily Production
- Make sure daily production targets are met
- Keep attendance records of workers
- Prepare daily production reports for the manager
- Ensure cleaning is done after every batch
3. Maintain Compliance & Records
- Keep factory ready for audits (DRAP, ISO, GMP)
- Maintain logs for cleaning, pest control, and machine maintenance
- Follow food and pharma safety rules.
4. Ensure Safety
- Check fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and PPE (gloves, masks, goggles)
- Report any safety issues to management
- Make sure workers follow safety rules
